Show Me, Lord, the Way

John 6:5-6 When Jesus then lifted up his eyes, and saw a great company come unto him, he saith unto Philip, Whence shall we buy bread, that these may eat? And this he said to prove him: for he himself knew what he would do.

When we are overwhelmed with seemingly insurmountable challenges and we see no way forward, we can always remember that God knows the whole plan from beginning to end. What seems daunting to us is something that He already has an answer for. Even when our prayers don’t seem to bring us any closer to the answer, we just need to keep trusting God one step at time while we wait to see the big picture: God already knows what He is going to do and it will be exceeding abundantly above all we can ask or think if we will just keep waiting on Him rather than trying to rush things in our own strength.
